Never did he apologize for the ungodly customer service. I complained on Facebook messenger and he blamed the mixup on their social media person and gave me $25 for one of their restaurants. Someone apparently called the manager ,because she shows up and tell the girl to “just give it to her it’s not worth it”. She kept arguing with me I said I wanted to speak to a manager. Don’t know why they posted it when they were already sold out. I even showed her a screen shot of the post and she pulls up the one the Hotel posted earlier that day. I was to get a gift or two options of booze AND a gift of either a tent or skillet along with free play When I checked in the girl at the front desk didn’t want to honor the second gift. I saw an ad on Facebook for a package for either 9/8 or 9/9.
